Buttons not working

The back button will let me turn on the screen but then will not let me back out of something. Also the button for the alarm is not working as well. What do I do?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that the buttons on your Fitbit Versa don't work properly. If you haven't done so, I would like you to restart your device as described in this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
