I have a Versa2. After an update my Heart rate monitor was not working and my Green LEDs were not blinking. I contacted the customer support and they asked me to do a factory reset and update. After that the screen got blank . While it appeared that the phone app was in sync with the watch but the screen is not showing any display.
need help please
