Call notifications not coming through

I am very confused and frustrated. I get text messages and missed call notifications on my Fitbit but not the actual call. I have reset everything and checked that call notifications is turned on but I am still not getting the calls. I cannot have my phone out at work so I rely on these notifications so if my children need me I know it. Then today, while sitting next to my daughter ( who has the same phone and Fitbit as Mee) gets a call on her Fitbit. I had my daughter call me but all I got was the missed call notification. 

 

Fitbit please fix this issue!

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?

Well, that is a stupid question since my daughter and I bought the same phone the same day and the same Fitbit the same day and setup them up on the same day months ago. Now mine is not working but her's is.
