When I select in settings page and select notifications for the apps it is indicating me to restart the mobile. I done several times but notifications are not enabling I am getting calls notifications but unable to get text notifications.
Please guide me.

@Raghul I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
Since the notifications can't be enabled, please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, turn on the notifications again and see if the issue gets fixed.
In the meantime, let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.

I am having the same issue. Fitbit Versa, Apple phone. All apps up to date. Settings all there. It’s receiving what app, and calls but not text messages??? Ideas please

However, since the text notifications are not being received, please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor the text notifications and see if they are received.
