WTF? Why am I being hung up on / calls dropping when I'm trying to get help??
I returned my ENTIRE Versa Lite, including charger, bands and watch. I spoke to a rep today who gave me a replacement order. this does not include the charger and bands. How am I supposed to use my fitbit when it doesn't include all the parts???
