Today my calorie count stopped working and activity is not showing at all. Calorie count is half of what it normally is

Hi @Julia61 Try restarting your Versa several times and see if that getsbit working properly again. Please come back here if the problem persists. What phone are you using, by the way? And is your Versa syncing to the app?

Didn't know that you could restart the Versa. The problem appears to be with syncing. When I sync my device, only since yesterday, my activity goes back to 0 and half my calories vanish. Did notice periodically that my activity wasn't accurate. I'm not going to sync till tonight.
