Calorie count keeps jumping back

Hi,

I have the Fitbit versa. I’ve noticed a weird thing happen twice today. It will say I burned a certain amount (1200 say) and then I’ll go to sync it and it will jump back a couple hundred calories to reflect 1000 calories, something like that. It’s happened twice. The only thing I can attribute it to is when I synced very early this morning to check my sleep, it glitched and reverted back to a clock face I haven’t had since I bought it. Clearly something went wrong. How do I fix it?

Hi @coritherien, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums!

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you've experienced with your Fitbit Versa changing your calorie count and clock face. If you haven't done so, I'd like you to restart your device as described in this help article. This will refresh your Versa internally. Please monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and let me know if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted!Smiley Happy
