Versa can't start up.

My versa has stopped working for a while now. I've tried everything in this forum but it just won't start. When i put it in the charging dock, it lights up showing the fitbit logo but that's about it. This happened when i restarted my versa. Please help.

Hi @Momes93, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thank you for performing all troubleshooting steps you found in the Community. In order for me to be able to further investigate your situation, I kindly ask you to answer the following questions:

- Have you tried all suggestions listed in this article?
- Is your Versa still linked to your account? (If so, you should still be able to access all Versa settings from the app)
- Have you tried performing a 3 button reset?

I've tried all the steps. It's still not responding. And no my versa is not linked to my account anymore. 😞
