Do I count the calorie burn from my Verse 2 or from the cardio machine I am using

Depends on which one you thin is more Accurate.

 

I use a Chest strap watch as well and it always came close to my Fitbit. I found the machine to be to high.

But thats me. As weight Height and all that needs to come into play
