My calorie counter has been resetting throughout the day on my 4 day old Versa 2. It told me I had burned 800 odd calories at 11am then at 4pm 400. Clearly this is incorrect . How can I fix it?

I would recommend restarting your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these steps.

 

In addition, please make sure your height and weight are correct. For instructions on how to manage your Fitbit profile, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I change my birthdate, sex, height, or weight?".
