I am trying to lower the amount set for my calorie intake by my Versa, it says I need 2100 that's way too many. Can someone please tell me how to do this. Also, my computer says that windows can not connect to my tracker, how do I fix this issue, I have tried restarting it so and nothing still. Thank you

One quick way is to change your diet plan.  On the phone app tap on the upper right icon (one that looks like a document or an ID card) which brings you to the settings page. Scroll down and tap on the Nutrition & Body tile which brings you to the nutrition goals. Tap on the Food Plan tile. Look for the edit button at the bottom to change your goals.

I moved my plan two medium which a lot for a 500 calorie deficit. But I'm not quite understanding how that lowers my intake of what my calories should be. I'd like to move down my original calorie count intake to 1800. Can you please help me do that thank you.

Does the Fitbit Versa calculate how many calories you should be in taking on a daily basis. Or is it just given an average

The caloric intake goal is set by how fast you want to lose weight. One pound of fat is approximately 3600 calories.  The fitbit algorithm looks at your goal loss of weight and your expenditure to dynamically set a target for intake throughout the day. So on active days it will let you eat more and on sedentary days it will target less intake. Since it it keyed to your expenditure the target intake number will change throughout the day.
