Help... first my Versa 3 tracked too few calories. Now I think it tracks too many. When I walk my dog for a half hour it says I burn 125-200 calories. It says I burn like 2000 plus calories a day. My heart rate isn't in fat burn zone but yet I've burned that many? . I've checked my stats all are correct.

@tammylynn2466 A lot of it depends on height and weight. You have a basic amount of calories your body is going to burn just by being alive (BMR calories). After that, any movement or exercise you do adds to it. For me, my BMR is 1,262 calories per day for my age, height, weight, sex. That's what my body burns every day to keep me alive and organs functioning. But I can burn anywhere from 1800-2200 calories per day depending exercise and activity level.
I'd recommend you look into a BMR calculator (easy to Google) and see what your BMR is to get a baseline.
