Calories Burned Inaccuracy 🥵 - Versa

Hi
I have had my Versa now since maybe November 19 and haven’t used it to it’s full capacity. However during the pandemic I’ve been at home and using it to do HIIT, weight training , circuits etc and recording my workouts however my trainer and my friend who both have apple watches are recording calories burned off for instance 500 and my Fitbit recorded max 200 for a 45min / 60 min workout or sometimes I choose circuit but have seen no difference. I’ve seen some others who follow the same coach who also have a Versa online and do the same workouts and they manage to burn high calories. I don’t understand why my device isn’t recording my heartbeat or calories burned correctly. I can assure you :hundred_points: effort is going into the workouts but can’t record them properly. Very frustrating. Any help please?

@nicnakhou Hello!  Calories burned will never be the same for two people.  Your height, weight, heart rate (effort), age, sex, etc all effect how many calories you burn.  You can't compare yourself to your friends when it comes to calories.

If you're a petite female, your calories burned will be lower than people larger than you and especially lower than men.

If you don't believe your heart rate monitor is correct, then you might want to restart the device.  But more than likely your calories burned are mostly in line with all those factors I listed above (height, weight, etc).
