Calories Burned is Incorrect

The amount of calories burned that is shown is incorrect.   I can not figure out how to fix it.

How about you start by telling how you know that it is incorrect, and tell us if you know that fitbit includes BMR calories?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Today during  a workout it says I burned 666 calories. No way that happened.  Secondly, yesterday siting on the sofa doing nothing I burned 300...not possible.  Not sure what BMR is.  This is all very new to me.
