Calories/Exercise not reflecting correctly

I worked out for two hours and 54 minutes – it’s showing that number in the exercise screen. But then it only shows I have 24 active minutes. And the calorie burned number doesn’t reflect it correctly. There’s some weird thing going on here where it won’t sync everything properly that is the correct active minutes and calories burned to reflect the nearly 3 hours of exercise on the day. I’ve already tried logging out unpairing and repairing the phone.  Turning off the phone and turning it back on. It’s just not working somehow - any ideas?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Bobmehr. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern with the active minutes and calories not being tracked properly for your workouts. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. I recommend making sure your personal information is correct. As you know, the active minutes are awarded when the activity you're doing or logging is more strenuous than regular walking. Also keep in mind that active minutes are only recorded for activities that last 10 minutes or longer. For more information about how the active minutes are calculated, please see this help article: What are active minutes? I recommend restarting your watch as described in this help article. This will refresh your device internally.

I'll be around if you need further help!
