Hey! So I've used the watch (versa)f almost a year now and usually when I make over 20000 steps it shows I've burned almost 3000 calories. For example on Monday I had 22617 steps and burned 2988 calories and on Tuesday 23767 and burned 2764 (probs slower walking). Today however, I have 22056 steps atm (busy day) and the watch & app both show I've burned only 1390 calories (which I usually get for making around 6000 steps or so).
Why is that and how could I fix it? Sad to have "not reached" my goals for today. 😞
I tried restarting the watch already...

Hi @Mcrbwll, thank you for your reply.
I appreciate the additional details and I am glad to hear your Friday's calories have been corrected after the midnight. I understand your concern and recommend checking if your app is up-to-date, you can follow the steps provided here. Thank you for your feedback regarding the new app version, our team is always working on improving our devices and user experiences, and your comments are always welcome.
Thank you for sharing that you're using the OnePlus 5T phone. While your phone is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment, it doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently. I understand how you are feeling and recommend checking these tips to improve syncing with your device: What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android device? You can find more information about syncing here. Move on to the troubleshooting steps if the issue persists.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Mcrbwll. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about the calorie calculation. Thank you for providing the additional details and for your troubleshooting efforts. I totally understand how you are feeling as you would like to continue working on your goals and get the correct data. I would like to advise that depending on how your steps are spread out during the day, the total may vary. Also, the calculation of calories burned includes the heart rate, and the higher the heart rate the higher the calorie burn. For more information, please see this help article: How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned?
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Thank you for the answer, but actually when the clock hit 00 the next day my Friday's stats changed to 2820 calories, which made more sense. I still have no clue hyw the watch and app both showed the wrong calories during Friday.
Maybe there's something wrong or I am missing an update on the app or smth, but the new version of the app keeps 'syncing' over and over again, flickering the colours like reloading the data over and over. All while it says it is fully synced and it happens usually when I have fulfilled my goals, just doesn't keep the green/blue colours steady.
Maybe just some connectivity issues with my phone OnePlus 5T... Have gotten used to the syncing problems, but as on Friday also the watch gave me wrong information, I got a little irritated.
