Hi can someone explain the calorie count to me. I'm trying to keep track of my daily calories I intake during a day, however judging from my fitbit count I'm burning 3000 calories most days. It's 12:20pm currently and I've already burned 1649 calories which means I could eat what I want for the day ha. How accurate are the stats I'm not really doing any exercise just walking to and from buildings in work surely this is wrong? Thank you

@Gareth07  The calorie estimate is based on your stats (height, weight, gender, age) which is used to calculate your BMR (Base Metabolic Rate).  Check the settings page for your stats https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile . You can also search the web for BMR calculators to confirm what Fitbit is telling you.
