Hey everyone

It's been a few weeks since I got my fitbit Versa. I do some intense workouts and calories burned show in the 90s

Sometimes 50s. My gym partner who also has a fitbit watch gets much higher numbers.  Not even close to mine. I'm so confused by this.

Hi @MelByon,

Could you post an example of the length of this workout, the type of workout, and the average heart rate and calories burned? It would help to try and track down what's going on.

Hi @MelByon,

Thanks for the screenshots. There's definitely something not right about those calories burned based on the time in the heart rate zones.

It might be a temporary glitch on the watch. Try performing a restart on the Versa. Do it 3 times in a row, and then let us know if the problem goes away. If not, you may have to contact support.
