Can I change the workout font colour?

I'm a glasses wearer, and I don't like to wear them when I run. Is there any way to change the font colour from orange to white for workouts? If I glance at my watch to say, check my pace I struggle to read the display; if I study it I can read what it says but I don't want to run along staring down at my wrist, bouncing around knackered out of breath it takes me ages to figure out what it says.

If the display were higher contrast I'd be able to see it it a glance, but I can't work out if/how I can change it.

@Grandric Hello! No, unfortunately you cannot customize the font color of the exercise mode screens.
