I want to be able to track my HR, calories burned and distance without tracking my steps. I thought I could use the Bike mode since you don't need to track steps during that, however it apparently still counts it. Is there a work around that I can use that will take the steps counted out of the total for the day?

Though I haven’t tried it, have you tried putting it in weights or just general workout mode? You could also ad where you were ‘sriving’ To have the steps subtracted. I use to do that when I had the Fitbit Ulta in 2012... just a thought HTH...

Both of those modes still count steps. I've figured out I have to log driving time during that same time period, and add the calories I want to keep to the driving activity so I can keep those as well.
