Ok so it won't receive notifications and tried to start from scratch and now it won't even fully download the firmware! UGH worst ever!!! Anyone have any help. I am working with and android

Hi there @Abattles99, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I saw you are having troubles to receive notifications and the firmware is not loading.

 

I wonder if you have tried somes troubleshooting steps on your own? Perhaps the following post will give you some extra help: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).

 

Now about the firmware, I'm not sure what is the behavior is showing your Versa here. Can you provide me more details? Is the watch showing your stats and other information? Are you trying to update the firmware on your Versa?

 

Perhaps a restart will give you soe help with this issue: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
