I just got my Fitbit Versa. I have had a charger 2 for a year now. It got to the point where I put in the 4 digit code and then it will not update nor do anything.

It sounds like the Fitbit servers may be busy. You have three options in this case:
1.) Just retry at a different time.
2.) Force close the app and start the process again.
3.) Restart your phone and then restart the whole process once again.
Alternatively, you can also restart the Versa by holding down the left and bottom right buttons for about 10 seconds. Once you see the Fitbit logo appear, the restart was successful.

@TCobb1102 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear about your difficulties setting up your Versa with your phone. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Besides restarting both your phone and Versa like @DramaQueenDiva suggested make sure to delete all listed bluetooth devices on the bluetooth settings area on your phone, this is to clear the bluetooth connection on it.
