For the past week or so I have not been receiving text notifications through the versa.  I am getting incoming calls but nothing else. I have tried resetting the watch, unpairing, setting up new device.....everything and still nothing.

 

Versa was working great but not now....anyone help me with this??

I'm having the same issue on my Versa 2, and my husband on my old Versa. I never had issues before, but now neither one will receive text or FB messages.

This message status was the major reason I stayed with Fitbit, but if we can receive messages they definitely aren't worth the money to me.
