When I choose versa 2, it just goes right back to the Set Up a Device screen. I tried choosing Versa and it tries to find it but I do not have a Versa so it gets no where. I am so frustrated and angry at having spent so much money for this thing. Has anyone else dealt with this and have a solution???

Are you using the latest version of the Fitbit app? Check in your app store to see if there are any updates.
If not, I recommend uninstalling the Fitbit app and then installing it again.

Thank you,. I thought my app was updated but it was not. That seems to have corrected my issue.
