I have set my versa up today and it started working fine however quickly stopped syncing and now won't find the device from my phone. Hasn't synced for over 6 hours and won't. Help.

Hi @wendy29 , sometimes when you have been out of range of BT, this probem occurs. When it does and you're within BT range again (about 50 feet), just go to your Fitbit app, press the watch icon on the left of your dashboard and sync it manually. Usually the problem is then solved. Regards kuzibri
