I cannot clear the "Data Not Cleared Sync And Try Again" message on my Fitbit Vera 2 Lite.
I have tried syncing it several times, and the message will not go away.
I have tried holding the left button in for 2 seconds then 8 seconds. That didn't work.
The message will not leave the screen. What do I do ?

Hello @KayakGal_87 are you getting a message of Clear Data or does the message say ,"Data not cleared"
If the latter, try a search, I find many solved threads.

My answer has to do with the message of "data not clear" that occaisionly pops up on the various models of trackers.
Your question seemed to be about seeing a message of data not cleared.
The link to a search in my post above will bring up 20 threads of posts that have working solutions for the data not cleared.
If the data not clear message on the Versa has nothing to do with the "data not cleared" message you are seeing in the Versa, then I'm not sure how to answer.
