Can't Remove Versa's Band

I was excited to purchase my Versa but after dealing with not being able to replace one of the bands for over an hour (I tried tweezers, broke my nail, and caused a small blood clot in my nail bed) I am Done. Who has time for this? Very disappointed, especially for the amount of money spent! This will be going back to the store tomorrow!

Welcome to the Forums @Flowers4ever. Hello @Odyssey13.

@Flowers4ever I'm very sorry to read about what happened. @Odyssey13 Thanks for being around to help.

@Flowers4ever In this case, could you confirm if you tried the steps to remove the band as they are listed in the help article shared by @Odyssey13? It is important to pull the band directly away from the Fitbit and not up or down.

You also mentioned that you had trouble removing one of the bands. Did the other band come off easily?

Look forward to your reply.

One of the bands had a defect. I was able to return it and the new one
works properly.
