My versa is not holding charge, not even for a few hours. I bought this Fitbit versa in May 2019 we are now in July 2020, I charged my versa 100% at 5pm at 11pm same day DEAD. It's like they have control over these devices and as soon as it pasts it's warranty period they make it defective for you to buy a new one and it would not be covered under the warranty. This is an awful products, lasts a very short time. Would not advise anyone to get one!

Hi @BatteryVersa, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the battery of your Fitbit Versa started to drain fast. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first set up.
I totally understand how frustrating this is for you and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
