Hi there @TerryRHarvey, it's good to have you in the Community.
I appreciate you shared your experience. I'd recommend you unpair the device from the mobile bluetooth settings and also from the Fitbit account, then pair it again only in the device you are using to refresh the performance.

Or you can also restart your device.
