Can't Setup Replacement Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I received my 2nd replacement Versa 2 days ago & have been unable to set it up due to the Fitbit app on my phone crashing everytime I try to open it.  I did the firmware update on July 1st & the app was fine with my old replacement Versa which the HR sensor stopped working on.  I went into my account & removed the old Versa when I then went to add the new replacement one the app will immediately close or I get an error message that says Fitbit keeps stopping & the option to leave feedback which I did.  So now I have my 3rd Versa that I cannot setup & a Fitbit app that I can no longer use.  The app has been on my phone for over a year with no issues until 2 days ago & I have tried restarting my phone & have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times with the same issue.  I have been a longtime Fitbit customer & I am so disappointed in their products lately because of 2 Versas that stopped working in 6 months & now this app issue.  Any suggestions?  Customer service was no help, said they haven't heard of this issue.
