@AGBritton it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking your sleep. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please make sure that you are following the steps listed in this help article in order to have your sleep tracked. Also, please go to your profile settings and try changing the sleep sensitivity from "Normal" to "Sensitive". Finally, save the changes, sync your watch and monitor it for the next 2 nights in order to see if your sleep gets tracked properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

Mine isn't tracking sleep either.  Friday night, 7/5/19, it tracked 58 minutes. Tracked fine Saturday night. And no tracking Sunday night or last night. it's tracking my HB fine. I restarted the Versa. Have restarted my phone. And I haven't been able to sync since Sunday afternoon. I also cannot connect to WiFi via the app.

They are claiming the solution is for me to manually log my sleep. Why
would we pay $150+ for an instrument to log our sleep when we would have to
do it manually??

Mine started tracking again. But it only seems to really show on my watch after I sync with the app, which has been sketchy lately, but it seems to be working better now.
