Erasing wrong active minutes?

Does anyone know how to erase active minutes? Somehow my Fitbit logged that I have 78 active minutes when I should only have 10. I’m currently on a diet/workout plan so it’s frustrating to have incorrect data.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Ccrispin164. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I am glad to assist you with your inquiry about deleting the incorrectly tracked active minutes. I totally understand how you are feeling as you're working on your goals and expect an accurate tracking of your data. There is no option to delete only the active minutes, however you can log a non-step-based activity such as driving to override your stats for the specific period of time including steps, floors, calories burned and active minutes. For more information, please see How do I delete steps and floors in the Fitbit app?

As you know, the active minutes are awarded when the activity you're doing or logging is more strenuous than regular walking. For more information about how the active minutes are calculated, please see this help article: What are active minutes?

I'll be around if you need further help!
