Can't access the different screens on my Versa Lite

Hello, 

I cannot access the different screens on my Versa Lite. All I can access is the main screen that shows the time. Is anyone else having this issue? Please help.

I have reset, turned off and on, both more than once. My Versa Lite is also needing recharged way more often. Very frustrated, help!
