Can't add my card to Fitbit Pay on Versa 3

hi can anyone help please 

im new to fitbit and just bought a brand new versa 3  but i cant add my bank card because the list of banks are all american and not uk banks. is there a setting i can change or have i been had

Hi there, @beckisprake. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. 

Have you tried what @LZeeW suggested? The are too several UK banks as well. 

Nevertheless, if you don’t see your bank on the list, you can contact your bank in a private communication or on social media and tell them that you want to use Fitbit Pay to make contactless payments from your Fitbit device. Ask your bank to see www.fitbit.com/fitbit-pay. However, it’s up to the bank to decide if they want to support Fitbit Pay.

If you do see your bank listed, please make sure that your Versa 3 is syncing properly to your Fitbit app. If you're experiencing syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

Moving forward with the troubleshooting steps, please try the steps below:

 

  • Restart your Versa 3 and phone.
  • Restart Bluetooth on the phone. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  • Try adding your card

Hello @beckisprake   The Fitbit Pay Bank & Transit list is quite long.  The US is at the top, then other countries are in alphabetical order.  Did you scroll to the bottom of the page?
