Can't change clock face

I have a 2 day old Fitbit versa that used to have a chosen clock interface but I tried to change it once I learned you could put a picture but it takes forever to "switch" (I tried to let it charge for over 10 minutes, it won’t) and whenever I quit the app it tells me it has failed and whenever I quit the clock changing interface, it asks me weather or not I want to keep installing or not. I can do everything normally with the watch except there’s no clock, I even changed the language. What can I do to put a clock face?
