I've recently got a Versa Lite watch, and on the Fitbit app, I'm not able to install Spotify? 

I already have the app on my phone, and can't connect my device through Spotify either. 

 

Has this happened to anyone else?

I appreciate the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. I would like you to make sure you're doing this procedure to install Spotify on your watch. Are you receiving any error message that's not letting you connect Spotify app?
