Hey guys, the band that shipped with my Versa broke due to natural wear and tear and I'm trying to get it replaced, however I can't get one of the bands off. The other one comes off fine, but the band on the top of the watch just won't come off. I've also followed instructions from the website FAQs and they don't work. Would appreciate any help, thanks.
