Hi! I just got a Versa lite today. I did everything to set it up and downloaded the fitbit app. When looking at watch faces and apps like the Spotify control one I got a notification that read 'To install this app, make sure the fitbit app on your phone and your fitbit device have the latest update'. My app is updated fully and I was sure my Versa was too... How do I fix this

Hi there @meliichii, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I'll be glad to help you to download Spotify on your Versa Lite.
May I know what's the current version installed for your Versa Lite and Fitbit app? Also, I wondered if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 and higher, Android OS 7.0 and higher.
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
As you may know, you will need the Versa Lite up to date but the trick is having all day sync on and letting it sync periodically as the updates download in small portions. You can read more about this here. Once you have updated your Versa Lite you will be able to download the Spotify app and check this article to know how it works.
