Hi, my Versa has been delivered today. I love it, but unfortunately I can't get notifications from apps like messenger, Viber, WhatsApp ... and I can't find it in available applications. Can you please help? I've got Samsung Galaxy 8+.

I am glad to see here that our your inquiry has been answered. But, if you still having issues with your notifications, I recommend taking a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provided there.

 

If you haven't setup the notifications feature, follow the steps in the article How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?.

I am still unclear on how to add notifications from the apps like Viber, Whatsapp and FB Messenger.  I have an Iphone and checked all my settings on my phone, all my notifications are turned on, however I am still only receiving notifications from SMS app, no third party apps. 

 

Below point in the manual (page 27) is not clear, can anyone assist with further instructions:

"To turn on notifications from apps installed on your phone, including Fitbit and
WhatsApp"
