I haven’t been able to get notifications to my fitbit since I updated my iPhone. I have tried every single thing that has been suggested on your website. It is very important that I be able to get notifications on my fitbit because I can’t look at my phone all of the time. Please help!

Hi @Eijones42,
I don't know about Apple as I have an Android, but I know on my phone, you need to leave the app running in the background in order to get notifications, calls, and Alexa to work.

Hi @Eijones42 , this is a known issue for a long time already. The problem is caused by Apple itself with the update to iOS13. In this update Apple changed the rules regarding handling notifications of which Fitbit was not notified or aware, hence these problems. Fitbit has now to fix a problem caused by Apple and not Fitbit. You will just have to be patient, although I realize that this is very incovenient, untill Fitbit has fixed this problem. The blame lies by Apple and you're the victims of it. Regards kuzibri
