i'm new to fitbit versa 2,  was just curious if you can wake up alexa with just saying alexa, doesn't work for me or do you have to push and hole the left button

@bobo990 Welcome to the Community. I'm glad to hear that you just got a Versa 2. 

 

Currently you can't wake up Alexa by saying Alexa. If you chose Alexa as your button shortcut, hold the button on your watch for 2 seconds. Learn more about it by checking this article: How do I use Alexa on my Fitbit Versa 2?
