Hi all,
at this very moment Fitbit cannot be reached to sync your data. The Fitbit app itself does count your steps, HR, etc, but does update it within the Fitbit app itself (syncing 45 minutes ago, Fitbit.com cannot be reachead) nor sync it with the Computer Dashboard app. Hope this will be solved soon. regards kuzibri

Hi @SunsetRunner , maybe it's country related, but when I log in into Fitbit app on my phone, the answer is "Fitbit.com is not available, try again in a short while" and this message is getting now for more that three hours. regards kuzibri
UPDATE: problem solved one minute ago!!!

I had a similar issue. It was 90% battery full and was "spinning" to sync, but nothing happened. It showed that the last sync was 14 hours ago.
I'm not sure what had caused that, but I had to re-start the Versa device; The restart helped.
