Recently purchased a Versa2. It won’t allow me to download the SP02 watch face. Says I need to update my Fitbit or the app but both are the most current versions (so it says)

Hi there, @Carleigh89. Welcome to the Community Forums.
As @LZeeW has mentioned, since you have just set up your Versa 2 it may appear up to date but it needs another update in order for you to download the SpO2 clock face. The latest update isn't available until up to 48-72 hours after the setup. For more information, see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
On a side note, please note the SpO2 clock faces are only available in certain countries at this time. If you don’t see them in the Clock Face Gallery, the feature isn’t available in your region. For more information on the availability of Fitbit SpO2, see fitbit.com.

Hello @Carleigh89 and welcome to the Help forum. I suspect that your Versa 2 has the firmware from when it was manufactured, not the current firmware. You need the current firmware to download that clock face. Updates usually show up 24-48 hours after activation. Please get back in touch if you don'r get an update.

I gave my husband a Versa 2 for Christmas and he activated it almost a week ago. I came to this forum because he still is not able to get any update and so is unable to get the clockface for the spo2. Do you have any other suggestions?
