Versa 2 screen not working

Hi

 

my versa 2 touch screen has just stopped working. It lights up but is stuck on the main screen. I have looked through old questions and done a few reboots, software upgrade and it is an original clock face.

 

I bought my watch in November 2020. It has worked perfectly until now. 

Any help appreciated. Thanks
