Can't install SpO2 clock face on my Versa 2

I got Versa2 yesterday and tried to install SpO2 Signature Face on my Versa2.

However, I couldn't even download it.

On my device, SpO2 Signature is "Not available" and "This clock is not compatible with your Fitbit device."

Does anyone encounter the same problem?

 

Firmware version: 35.70.7.14

App version: 3.51.1

Phone: Pixel 4a

Phone OS: Android 12

Hi there, @まろんしょこら. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.

Since you have just setup your Versa 2 it may appear up to date but it needs another update. The latest update isn't available until up to 48 hours after setup. In the information you've provided, I can see that your Versa 2 is still running version 70.7.14 but the latest one is 72.1.15. For more information, see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?

Please keep me posted if after the 48 hours you're still not receiving the most recent version of your watch.
