My new Versa 2 does not have the option for SpO2 (which I need as I have sleep apnea) and there's no update available. What can I do to activate it?

I’ve had my Versa 2 for about a week already and the SPO2 app still says it’s unavailable. I signed up for premium just to track this, but haven’t been able to use it yet. It’s been synced and updated but every time I try to download it, it says unavailable.
