Can't install SpO2 clock face on my Versa 2

I was waiting for this SPO2 clockface for a long time. In heath trends I can see a link to download SPO2 clockface. When I click it, it loader keeps hanging. Nothing loads. Even if I go to market separately, I can see that clockface. It now 2022 and why this is not available still

Fitbit SpO2 is available in select countries; the list of countries where it's available changes frequently. If you cannot install SpO2 clock face in the Clock Face Gallery, it isn’t available in their region. You can check back in the Clock Face Gallery in the future for changes. Fore more information, see: How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

Like the query above, I have just received a new Versa2 as a replacement of a failed watch. The previous Versa 2 allowed the SpO2 clockface and I was very happy. Like all the correspondence I have tried all that was requested by the moderators and it still doesn’t work. If you can send a workable link in the next few days, I will keep the watch if not I will return the watch and Fitbit will have lost a faithful customer.

I purchased a Fitbit Versa2 last week specifically because it can track SPO2.  I now get 'Not Available' for the SPO2 clockface and I can see from these answers that you have no answer for this.  I live in Canada - can you tell me if this will be available soon (and why it is NOT now)?  I will otherwise be returning the watch and be a non-customer.

Hello @suzikinz and welcome to the Community.  Your Versa 2 has the firmware from when it was manufactured.  You need the current firmware in order to download apps and clock faces.  The current firmware is 35.72.1.19.  You can see your version by tapping on your profile image, then your Versa 2 image.  The "35" part won't be there.  Fitbit is constantly sending out firmware updates.  You got in line for yours when you activated your device.  You should get them in 24-48 hours.

Okay, thank you for the reply.But how do I update the firmware on the watch itself?  It still shows as 35.70.7.14.  When I looked at the Youtube for updating (How to Update Fitbit Versa 2 (and get new features)) there is a large button on the screen that says 'Update Tracker'.... this does not show up on my app that I just re-installed.So when I try to get the SPO2 clockface it still says 'Not available'.
HELP!

@suzikinz   Users usually get that large button 24-48 hours after adding their device to their account.  Since you bought it last week, I think you should contact Support  for help getting the firmware you need.
