Hi, i cant download The SPO2 clock face... I have The versa 2

I didnt really get any help, they Said that they can see that i have already installer The clock face, but i have t and cant find it were they say i am supposed to..

I had a similar problem recently in that I updated my iPhone app but had not installed the latest update on my Versa 2. As a result my SpO2 was not working and I could not install it until I updated the watch. Once the watch was updated the SpO2 clock face installed and worked.
