Can't install SpO2 clock face on my Versa 3

I cant find the SpO2 tracker clockface on my app for my versa 3, so I searched on google for the clock face, then it got me back to the app to show me the clock face there, so i tried downloading it and it gets stuck on the “installing” and it doesn’t install

I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, it didn’t work

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've informed you why the SpO2 cannot be installed on your Versa 3 at this moment. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our team back.
