My Fitbit doesn’t work I need a reference number to take it back to Argos to change over for a Apple Watch

Hi @Nicolaabbott124  - what exactly is the problem? Often there are simple solutions to fix it.

 

Have a look in the forum to see if someone else had the same problem. Such as it's not charging due to a faulty charge cable or dirty contacts.

 

You only need the receipt if you are going to take it back.
